As previous incarnations, this spell book depends on attunement and a random table. Unlike the other Spellbooks, with the limited but powerful spells it has only one roll. While this removes some of the chances from the high level lottery, it leans towards a more balanced option.

This one was a lot of fun, it is obviously based off the rules associated with the Vorpal Sword so leaning into that. I pulled upon the poem and mystery of the Jabberwock, the poem origin of the Vorpal Sword and its Snicker-Snack. So in leaning into it, it got lovingly weird.

The idea centered around a magical pillar whittled down into a weapon and then grew from there. The idea of a full obelisk that is soaked and stained from heavy use tickled my fancy.
