Hey Patrons!
Personal. The biggest update is that I'm currently dealing with an on-going medical situation in my family. ❤ The energy being redirected into that is affecting a lot of things (delaying the Kickstarter, slowing down graphic novel productivity, etc.). Thanks in advance for the well wishes. If you see me cranking out fanart, that's just a byproduct of handling life.
Kickstarter. With that being said, we're still hoping to run this Year Four Campaign. (Did you see the campaign headers I shared in my last post??) George and I have been working really hard to get the project ready and I'd love for this last Check, Please Kickstarter to go smoothly.

Esther, dramatic as always, reacting to seeing Chi-Chi and Flip body swap for the first time.
Graphic Novel. While I'm penciling my graphic novel and making decent progress on it, I'm also working with an assistant to get the comic inked and flatted. It's so weird to see pages close-to-finished. It's like this book might actually be real someday. @_@ Here are some flatted pages:

Here's a process breakdown on a recent piece of fanart I did:

I've been super inspired by dozerdraw's fanart. They have such a simple and clean style and use design efficiently? Also, incredible at likenesses. Something to aspire to! You can see that I used their approach to color-holding in this illustration.
