And here we are, at the finals. Bitty's last game, his last dance! He's really getting throttled out on the ice, but is doing his best to put up a good fight....But how much fight does our boy have in him?
Are these fair hits? How should Bitty retaliate? WHAT could Jack, Suzanne, and Coach possibly be thinking while seeing this!! IS THIS WHERE BITTY GETS HURT? π©

I hate that a beloved character is going through it but this is the kind of drama that people who think Bitty is "too happy" or has had it "too good" genuinely makes this comic feel grounded.

It wasn't all that long ago that if even one of his own teammates got too close, he would completely shut down. But look at him now! Taking check after check and still getting up and fighting on. The love and support that he has gotten from the Samwell community, his teammates, and Jack, has made such a difference. I love seeing Bitty growing into his true self and showing the world what he's made of. Can't wait for the next installment! :D

We started with scared, closeted Bitty wrestling with his identity and his place - on the team and in the world. And after four years, he's out, he's captain, he's got the support of his family, his coaches, his team, and his hot millionaire boyfriend. I'll say it again: fainting goat status is REVOKED. Cannot wait to watch our boy rise. Thanks for getting us here π

And I'm mad/sad that the refs would just not care about all the checks he keeps getting. But on the other hand. My boy is hanging in there taking checks like a champ!!! Checks that at the beginning would have him flinching and staying down. But he keeps at it, that is major growth!
