Now that you know exactly what a Resurrection is, you can try to figure out if an Arrancar was a Gillian, an Adjuchas, or a Vasto Lorde by looking at their Resurrection. As Toshirล said, if they are giant and monstrous they are Gillian, if they are large and anthropomorphic they are Adjuchas, while if they are normal-sized and very human-like they are Vasto Lorde.
