That voice that talked behind Sebas was his creator Lord Touch Me. Whenever he sees someone in trouble good or bad, his creators voice pops in his head. It’s what his creator would do, so sebas tries to be the same.

I do not not want to talk about it here before after season 5 probs, Depending on how much they show. I also do not quite remember if we ever get a detailed glimpse into his background. Also the Shadow Demons are quite handy, they are extremely useful for intel gathering and spying / stealth missions. They are also used for certain tasks that include physical work. But i am not sure if they are combat skilled, do not remember that. I doubt a detailed explanation of them will ever be covered in the anime. A Shadow can literally be anywhere listening in on your conversation, there is unit type similar to the Shadows but i will refrain from speaking on them as it would contain spoiler
