Not really that only shows he love Asuna, it was sweet. love is a dangerous thing... can make you strong but weak at same time. I hope you never had a broken heart you can literally lose the will to live, and you will get scar from that.....

2023-07-15 00:51:03 +0000 UTCCarlos already told you why asuna survived and why kirito didnt die is because he never lost the duel, the death scene felt weird. why would he fall like that from being stabbed? if you rewatch it you can see that after "reviving" is standing there with the sword in his stomach .its because thats was a metaphor for kirito giving up, it is the exact same animation from episode 1 where he imagined how he could die from the wolf. while he was stabbed by kayaba he was ready to give up but he pulled himself together and killed kayaba first. as soon as kayaba died kirito got teleported to the platform while everyone else besides asuna got logged out

2023-07-15 00:34:09 +0000 UTCAsuna kinda bug out of the paralysis ( even Kayaba said it was unexpected and thats what made RPGs fun and that there was still some bugs in the game) so in some way Asuna also Surpassed Kayaba's world laws.

2023-07-14 23:13:51 +0000 UTCFor anyone that thinks that " I forgot" is lame and BS ( And to Angel aswell but he kinda got it he is big brain 😆) The "For a long time, even I had forgotten" is not to tell us, Oh I forgot. It's there to tell us, it was one of his goals for such a fucking looong time, that he almost forgot his initial goal ! It's like how some villain in some series, start with a simple goal that might not be a bad thing by itself, like wanting to grow strong to protect a family member... But in this long process of seeking power they eventually forgot their initial goal and end up doing a lot of evil in the process and become a villain. This is telling us how, Kayaba originally didn't think of all this complicated Death Game and stuff, rather he dreamed of a floating castle in the sky, a fantasy world, but over time, after many years to reach this goal, he start working toward creating this Death Game without even realizing that his original goal was a much simpler and harmless one. in fact he almost forgot the whole "surpassing the law" dream of his. And why he remembered it now and he is telling it to Kirito ? Coz He saw Kirito surpass his world's law, so it gave Kayaba a shock and made him remember it. (The guy smiled when it got stabed ) Kirito didn't simply accepted his death when his HP reached Zero, instead, he forced himself to move (Season 3 ) will give some hints. This unwillingness to accept the rule of Kayaba's world, reminded Kayaba of his childhood dream and so he is telling it now to Kirito in this way.

How kirito survive lets go ( SEASON 3 ) asuna survive because before the duel remember "Make it so "Asuna cant kill her self" about the paralysis Kyaba said he dint make a way to break it your own, then he said theres still some bugs left. He paralize a ton of people there. Kirito just wait for season 3 it will get you some inside of what happen and how kirito " Surpassed the sistem.
