February Extra Chapter

Since Book VII is still scheduled to end in February, this will likely be the least of the extra chapters. Other announcements will be coming when the series comes to a close, but for now vote!

2022-01-08 05:00:18 +0000 UTCI think it'd be really cool if he continued the PGTE extra chapters and did one every couple of months - it'd keep interest in the story alive without too much work and let him write disconnected stories about whatever tickled his fancy that he never had time for in the main plot

2022-01-07 23:20:07 +0000 UTCIt looks as though this is finally going to be Scriven's month. And in a way, it's a very appropriate one to finish on. The whole plot of PGtE is kicked off by the aftermath of Praes finally getting the invasion of Callow to stick, and that wouldn't have been possible without the leadership of the Calamities. But while the Black Knight was the public leader of the Calamities, it was the Scribe who appears to have kept the show on the road and made them so much more than the sum of their parts. As the main plot reaches its climax with the all-or-nothing War on the Dead, the bonus chapters are looping back to finally reveal how the driving impetus was finally set in motion.
