“Enclavecon” Soundwave concept #1

The Enclave, after their humiliating defeat at the hands of the Brotherhood of Steel, now lurks in the shadows, seeking to rise again. Along the way, they ended up encountering a faction of worn-out alien robots, under the command of Soundwave. Thus, for mutual benefit, an alliance was formed. The Decepticons have now become the Enclavecons.

Soundwave is shrewd, and knows how to limit the influence of humans on the Decepticon plannings and especially on the Cybertronian technology. Intending to be only an espionage unit, tracking and eliminating outposts and isolated targets, mainly from the Brotherhood of Steel, so that the Enclave troops can advance to the Commonwealth and initiate the Lazarus Protocol in partnership with the Institute.
