New TiTS race: fultura
Added 2022-08-13 20:52:00 +0000 UTCI wrote up a new codex entry for a race in TiTS, the fultura. A humanoid race whose bodies produce electricity. Just a touch can burn, and orgasm can kill. The codex entry will eventually be included with an NPC, but that's not happening yet, unless it gets voted so when included in the poll
