black & blue UPDATE (scene 11 Start!)

Deutsch: OMG, ich kann's kaum glauben, dass es ENDLICH weiter geht! 😭 Danke, dass ihr so irre viel Geduld mit mir hattet! Eigentlich wollte ich schon Anfang April neue Seiten produzieren, aber alles hat wieder länger gedauert als erwartet. Danke, dass ihr mir so lange treu geblieben seid. 🖤💙
Es fängt wieder ein bisschen so an, wie bei Szene 9 mit Davido: Direkter Einstieg in eien Szene, die so wirkt, als hätte sie nichts mit der main story zu tun! ABER ... of course ist das nicht so XD Ich hab ja schon einige Male angeteasert, dass die politische Lage innerhalb der Stadt "ein wenig" angespannt ist wegen der Mutanten. Es gibt Andy Ramirez und die ELITES, die immer wieder Aufstände anzetteln und basically als Terroristen geframed werden (sie selbst sehen sich als Freiheitskämpfer, btw!). Und dann gibts Dr. Benedek, der wieder und wieder im Fernsehen gegen Mutanten hetzt. Die folgende Szene soll den Aspekt der Geschichte wieder aufgreifen und den Boden bereiten für eine MENGE Dinge, die die Beziehung von Derek und Gogo in Season 3 noch auf eine harte Probe stellen werden. Wie ihr wisst: Derek ist Vollblut Pazifist. .... ist Gogo das auch? :,) Vor allem, wenn er von Andy belabert wird? Who knoooowwwssss!
Jedenfalls: Der Einstieg in dieses Kapitel ist SUPER DUPER wichtig für den Plot! Ab Seite 15 sind wir dann aber wieder back to the main characters :3 Und da werden wir relativ schnell sein, weil ich jetzt wieder VOLL drin bin! Freut euch also sehr bald auf das nächste Update!

So... und ich muss jetzt nochmal sagen, dass ich auf das Kapitelbild echt stolz bin! XDDD Sieht Derek nicht absolut FABULOUS aus???

Thank you for being so incredibly patient with me! I actually wanted to start producing new pages at the beginning of April, but everything took longer than expected again. Thank you for staying loyal to me for so long. 🖤💙

Scene 11 starts a bit like scene 9 with Davido: a direct introduction to a scene that seems to have nothing to do with the main story! BUT ... of course that's not the case XD I already teased a few times that the political situation in the city is "a little" tense because of the mutants. There's Andy Ramirez and the ELITES, who keep starting riots and are basically framed as terrorists (they see themselves as freedom fighters, btw!). And then there's Dr. Benedek, who repeatedly agitates against mutants on TV.
The following scene is meant to revisit that aspect of the story and set the stage for a LOT of things that will test Derek and Gogo's relationship in Season 3. As you know: Derek is a full-blooded pacifist. .... Is Gogo too? :,) Especially when he is being influenced by Andy? Who knoooowwwssss!
Nevertheless: The introduction to this chapter is SUPER DUPER important for the plot! But from page 15 we'll be back to the main characters :3 And we'll be there relatively quickly because I'm now FULLY into it again!
So look forward to the next update very soon!

And well... and I must confess that I am really proud of the chapter artwork! XDDD
