black & blue UPDATE

Deutsch: ohooo, hier kommt das dieswöchige black & blue Updat! Mal wieder etwas verspätet, DENN .... ugh, Leute Jahresanfang ist einfach so Horror. TuT
Wie einige vielleicht wissen, zeichne ich die Manga-Werbung für Thalia. Das ist eine Buchhändler-Kette im deutschsprachigen Raum. Vor zwei Jahren wurde ich von denen engagiert, um einige Sympatiefiguren zu entwerfen, die seither das "Gesicht" der Manga-Abteilung sind. Ein Job, der mir eigentlich sehr gefällt und auf den icha uch stolz bin. aber MANCHMAL fällt Thalia last-minute was ein, das sie GANZ DRINGEND sofort brauchen! XD Diesmal ging's um ein 2 x 2 Meter Roll-up, das auf Manga-Veranstaltungen genutzt werden kann, um Stimmung zu erzeugen.

Und ich war like: "Kein Problem, mach ich! Wann braucht ihr's"
Und Thalia war like: "Nächste Woche Dienstag."
Und ich war like: 

Jedenfalls musste ich last-minute so ein Roll-up raus stampfen.
Damit ihr auch was davon habt, poste ich das fertige Motiv in der Mitte. :3 Falls ihr mal in Deutschland unterwegs seid bei Thalia und es seht: Sagt mir gern bescheid! <3

So, jetzt aber ein paar Worte zum Update diese Woche: DAS. HAT. SO. SPASS. GEMACHT!!!!
Simon is back. Und Simon ist einfach wundervolles Chaos. XD Er ist so unendllich BRATTY, frech, HOHL wie ne Kartoffel und BUNT!
Es hat mir wahnsinnig viel Freude gemacht, ihn auf Hideki treffen zu lassen und nach den ganzen ernsten Szenen ein bisschen was lustigeres passieren zu lassen. :3
Natürlich dient sein Auftritt nicht nur der Erheiterung. Ich will damit zeigen, dass er immer noch in Dereks Leben ist, wie viel sie einander bedeuten. wie ANDERS aber ihre Beziehung ist, um Vergleich zu Derek und Hanjo. XD Hanjo ist einfach..... sehr submissive. Wenn er Kritik an Derek übt, so macht er das stets sanft und .... unaufdringlich.
Simon.... nicht. XDDDD Simon ist eine dampfwalze.
Und so cute er ist.... es zeigt auch das große Problem, das Derek mit ihm hat - jedenfalls alles, was die BDSM-Thematik betrifft. Simon ist fun. Er nimmt das alles nicht SO ernst. Er ist 'n RIESIGER Masochist und eigentlich ist er nicht submissiv, sondern sehr dominant. Das ist es auch, was ihm im Laufe der Jahre mit Derek Stück für Stück klar geworden ist. Dass er eine dominante Seite hat, die er ausleben muss. VuV Und seither ist er ein Switch.
Es ist nicht so, dass Derek ungern mit ihm spielt. Aber er muss dafür "in the mood" sein. Denn Simon ist einfach... Simon. XD Er ist ein bisschen unterkomplex. Derek mag es, dass Simon ein sucker für Schmerzen ist, aber er mag es NICHT, dass Simon selten loslässt und sich richtig fallen lässt. Simo ist selten entspannt und lässt sich fallen. Ein Spiel mit ihm ist IMMEr Kampf um die Kontrolle. Und das KANN Spaß machen, ist für Derek aber nicht ideal. Er spielt lieber mit einem Sub, der sich voll und ganz ihm hingibt und auch mal Schwäche zeigt. Das kann Hanjo sehr gut, aber Hanjo steht nicht so sehr auf Schmerzen, sodass Derek seine sadistischen Bedürfnisse zumindest teilweise zügeln muss.
Nun haben wir hier Gogo. :D Gogo KÖNNTE sowas wie der "perfekte" Sub für Derek sein. Wenn er all seine komischen Vorstellungen von BDSM verlernt UND sein Trauma in den Griff kriegt. :,)

Lange Rede kurzer Sinn: Simon ist nach wie vor für Derek da. Er ist auf jeden Fall Teil seiner SM-Familie. XD Und wie ihr seht, bemüht er sich SEHR, keine Schwächen und Ängste zu zeigen. Selbst wenn diese SEHR OFFENSICHTLICH sind.
Derek hat ein riesiges Problem damit, schwach zu wirken. UND er will auf keinen Fall seine Subs in seine Probleme mit rein ziehen.
Klappt halt nur..... nicht besonders gut XDDDD

Als nächstes will ich endlich die Entwürfe für die physical Patreon Rewards machen! TuT Ich halt euch darüber aufm Laufenden und hoffe, dass ich euch schon nächste Woche was zeigen kann.
Und ich hoffe, dass ich entweder mal wieder ein paar Seiten SUBspace schaffe, ODER ein Schmuddelbildchen XD Ich werd jedenfalls die Tage enorm fleißig sein. :3

Innerhalb der Story kehren wir jetzt bald wieder zu Gogo zurück. Und dann wird er ENDLICH einen Blick auf Derek's KINKstar Profil werfen >:D Can't wait to draw that!

English: ohooo, here comes this week's black & blue update! Again a little late, BECAUSE .... ugh, people the beginning of the year is just so horrendous. TuT

As some may know, I do the manga ads for Thalia. It's a chain of bookstores in German-speaking countries. They hired me two years ago to design some sympathy characters that have been the "face" of the manga department ever since. A job that I actually really like and am proud of. but sometimes Thalia comes up with last-minute ideas that they desperately need right away! XD This time, it was a 2 x 2 meter roll-up that can be used at manga events to create atmosphere. 

And I was like: "No problem, I'll do it! When do you need it?"

And Thalia was like: " Next week Tuesday."

And I was like:

Anyway, I had to stomp out a roll-up like this last-minute. 

So that you get something out of it, I'm posting the finished motif in the middle. :3 If you are ever out and about at Thalia in Germany and see it, please let me know! <3

But now a few words about this week's update: THIS. WAS. SO. MUCH. FUN!!!!
Simon is back. Simon is just wonderful mayhem. XD He's so endlessly BRATTY, cheeky, BRIGHT as a potato and COLORFUL! 

I really enjoyed having him meet Hideki and having a bit of fun after all the serious scenes. :3 His appearance isn't just for amusement, of course. I want to show that he's still in Derek's life, and how much they mean to each other, but how DIFFERENT their relationship is compared to Derek and Hanjo. XD Hanjo is simply..... very submissive. If he criticizes Derek, he always does it gently and .... unobtrusively. 

Simon.... doesn't. XDDDD Simon acts like a steamroller. 

As cute as he is.... it also shows the big problem Derek has with him - at least anything BDSM related. Simon is fun. He doesn't take it all THAT seriously. He is a HUGE masochist but actually he's not submissive, he's very dominant. And that's what he's realized bit by bit over the years with Derek. He has a dominant side which he has to express. VuV Since then, he's been a switch.

It's not that Derek doesn't like playing with him. But he needs to be in the mood for it. Because Simon is just... Simon. XD He is a bit under-complex. Derek likes that Simon is a sucker for pain, but he does NOT like that Simon rarely lets go and really lets loose. Simo rarely relaxes and allows himself to fall. Playing with him is ALWAYS a fight for control. That CAN be fun, but it's not ideal for Derek. He prefers to play with a sub who gives himself completely to him and shows weakness from time to time. Hanjo can do that very well, but Hanjo is not so keen on pain, so Derek has to curb his sadistic needs at least to some extent. 

Now we have Gogo here. :D He COULD be the "perfect" sub for Derek. As long as he unlearns all his weird ideas about BDSM AND gets his trauma under control. :,)

Long story short: simon is still there for Derek. He's definitely part of his SM family. XD And as you can see, Derek tries VERY hard not to show any weaknesses or worries. Even if they are VERY OBVIOUS.
Derek has a huge problem with appearing vulnerable. And he doesn't want to involve his subs in his problems.
It just..... doesn't work very well XDDDD

The next thing I want to do is finally make the designs for the physical Patreon Rewards! TuT I'll keep you posted on that and hope to show you something next week.
Also I'm hoping that I can either create a few pages of SUBspace again, OR a smutty artwork XD In any case, I'll be extremely busy these days. :3

Within the story, we'll be returning to Gogo soon. Finally he will have a look at Derek's KINKstar profile >:D Can't wait to draw that!
