Mage at the Slave Market

Having spent most of her life behind the high walls of the Conservatory, she had only ever read about such barbaric practices in books. The outside world was proving to be an unfair and ruthless place, but Mirii could always find solace in Bora's strong arms.
She longed for her lover's embrace now more than ever...

Aaaaaand building a little backstory for Mirii here. I really want to explore the dynamic between her and Bora, how one has led a very sheltered and protected life with strict rules and the other has grown up in the rough wilderness, having to fend for themselves.
I really want both characters to feel very different and to complement each other's personality, but most of all, to quote a creator I admire:
"Big girlfriend and small girlfriend is my favorite type of yuri."
