Save Files For Sunshine Love CH1/CH2
Added 2020-06-17 20:12:22 +0000 UTCEvery time a new update gets posted, some of you have trouble loading your old saves.
This isn’t a problem with the game itself, but with the game engine. Unfortunately, new versions of the game won’t fix this most of the time, so if your save doesn’t load, you’ll have to start over again.
I know that some of you might not want to do that, so in order to help you out with this problem, I have decided to upload a list of save files that you can load into your game, so you can continue from where you left off.
All save files are compatible with the latest version (CH1 v1.00). They also have all donuts and PT images unlocked (persistent file).
Save Files (CH2): MEGA - Pixeldrain

All you have to do is copy the save that you want into your saves folder. It is usually located here:
Windows: Users\*name*\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\SunshineLove-Saves
Mac: ~/Library/RenPy/SunshineLove
If you can't find your saves in the "Library" folder, please follow this tutorial:

Linux: ~/.renpy/SunshineLove
Android: Android\data\com.mrdotsgames.sunshinelove\files\saves
Alternatively, you could copy the save into your game's saves directory here:
SunshineLove\game\saves
IMPORTANT: This will replace the first slot of your saves, so make sure to backup your old saves before.
Hopefully this can help you avoid the issue of starting the game over again.

how do you start the game? All i have is the files and i cant do anything with them,

2022-03-09 08:28:40 +0000 UTCHi Carl, Are you referring to the animations? Those are only available at the $20 tier. The persistent file unlocks all the donuts and PT images.

2021-12-30 03:11:18 +0000 UTCI downloaded the last update quite a while back. It's supposed to be v0071. I had no problems with it.

2021-08-20 05:01:03 +0000 UTCUh, the first save (1-1) doesn't work for me. It comes with the same error. I tried the Shortcake path, as she's the one I want the most, but all my other relationship points are super low.
