2020-11-03 23:54:59 +0000 UTCI don't know who gave you the translation, but ood bilaav (written in Hindi as ऊदबिलाव) translates to Otter. I'm not sure if it is relevant, but there is an old tale of two otters fighting over a large fish, and a fox comes and cunningly takes away the fish in trying to "help" them divide the fish.
