I created this method thinking how it would be like to put yourself in the shoes of a veteran shifter- think big shofter, social media, helping people in the community and your friends.
This might be a novel idea, but I really liked it, we are also going through it all with no pressure at all!
this method fits both asleep and awake method-
It's non vizualisation friendly too!
during the affirmations in the end, you just have to focus on shifting to your DR/IR
