I am starting to upload the longer versions of the meditations previously available on patreon.
This one is the 5 sense method: It heavily relies on vizualisation, and as the title displays it, your 5 senses. As always, this is both an asleep or an awake method, you just need to tweak it to your needs at the end.
You can download this meditation to enjoy it ad free and anywhere, for personal use, but you do not hold the rights to upload it anywhere online, or share it.
