It was Saturday night and Oliver was hanging out with his friends drinking and playing card games. Among the group was Bo a male, Ali a woman, and Ellis who was nonbinary. All of them have been friends since high school and even in their late twenties they still make time to have fun together.

Which is what they’re doing tonight. They were going to get drunk while playing strip poker which couldn't possibly end poorly. They all set up around Bo’s poker table and pushed the poker chips out of the way since they didn’t need them.

They pulled out a deck of cards, everyone had a bowl of chips and a beer and the game began with Bo explaining how the game was going to work. Each person would take a turn dealing, then everyone could look at their hand.

After that they can choose to play or fold, if they fold at that point they won't lose any clothes, but if they choose to play the person with the worst hand at the end of the round will lose a piece of clothing and give it to the person with the best hand.

In cases of a tie, the people who tied will play a quick sudden death round to determine the outcome. Everyone agreed to these rules and then they asked everyone to say how many pieces of clothing they had on.

Bo had a pair of socks, underwear, a shirt, and shorts, so a total of five things. Ellis had two socks, underwear, a binder, a button-up shirt, and pants, so six items. Ali had a pair of thigh-high socks, a skirt, panties, a bra, and finally a blouse with a spaghetti-strapped tank top underneath.

So she had seven items, which everyone thought were suspect. Finally, Oliver had a pair of underwear, a tank top, and bathing suit trunks on. So a total of three items. Bo looked at his friends who all clearly dressed differently and thought about how to make it fair.

Bo looked at Ali and told her to give Oliver her socks, then looked at Ellis and told them to take something off and toss it away. Ali nodded and ripped her socks tossing them right into Oliver's face who instantly started gagging asking her how long she had them on for.

She laughed and said a good while. Ellis looked at the clothes they were wearing, ripped their shirt off, and threw it behind them. Now everyone had five articles of clothing and they were all prepared to lose them.

As it was the first round, everyone decided to play, and in the end, Oliver was the first to lose something and chose to give Ali back her sock since she won. In the next round, Oliver decided not to play, and Bo ended up giving his shirt to Ellis.

The next round was only Oliver and Bo, and once again Oliver lost. So he gave Ali’s other sock to him. In the next round, everyone played, and Oliver was again the loser, but Ellis and Ali had tied for the win and had to play another round to see whom Oliver was supposed to give a piece of clothing.

It ended up being Ellis, and Oliver was finally giving up a piece of his own clothing. Ellis ended up with Oliver's tank top, which they just put on over Bo’s shirt. The next round was Bo, Ali, and Oliver with Oliver and Ali tied for the loss.

In the sudden death round, Oliver once again lost. He placed his hands on his head and asked why he was so unlucky today, as he took off his swimming trunks and handed them to Bo. Now Oliver was in his underwear.

Oliver being a bit nervous passed on the next two rounds, the first ending with Ali’s losing to Ellis and giving them her blouse, and Bo losing to Ali and giving her Oliver’s swim trunks. The next hand everyone decided to play, including Oliver who had gotten pocket aces.

He thought for sure he was going to win, but he didn’t, but he didn’t lose the round either. Bo had lost Ali’s sock to Ellis. The next round went on and Ellis passed and everyone else decided to play. Oliver had two kings and felt pretty good about it.

Unfortunately, Ali had pocket aces and a third Ace popped onto the board, so she had three of a kind, Bo had pocket threes and there were another three on the board which meant Oliver had lost his last piece of clothing.

Oliver, now naked, sat sulking a bit since he had no clothing left to play. He begged for one more chance to play, one final hand, and his friends agreed. They played the next hand and Oliver's rotten luck got him again.

Once again he lost to Ellis who looked at Oliver who had nothing to remove. Ellis made a joke about talking about Oliver's masculinity as their reward and Oliver told them they could have it as long as he could keep playing. The group let out a laugh for a moment.

Then they all looked at Oliver who was shape-shifting. Everyone was speechless and Oliver was completely unaware. Before everyone's eyes, Oliver grew a small pair of breasts and his once dangling dick has inverted inwards.

At the same time, Ellis's chest shrank down and their crotch began to expand. They were honestly quite thrilled about it. Everyone else asked Oliver if she was okay, and she said yeah she just wanted to keep playing.

Oliver lost the next round to Ali. Oliver jokingly asked her what it was she wanted and Ali looked at her for a moment. Ali said something about always waiting for a smaller chest, so she wanted to take Oliver’s.

Oliver laughed and said she could take it, still not realizing that the small breasts she currently had were starting to balloon out to double-M cups, all while Ali’s shrunk down to small C-cups. Ali grabbed her breasts and let out a sigh of relief.

Of course, Bo lost the next two rounds, losing his shorts and underwear to Ellis, and with no more clothes, he decided to get out of the game, since he wanted to keep Oliver’s muscle mass and not lose anything drastic like her.

Now it was just Ellis, Ali, and Oliver. Ali and Oliver went the next few rounds going from winning and losing passing back the same item until Oliver broke that streak and lost to Ali again giving up her short hair to Ali.

Oliver’s hair grew all the way out to her butt, and still somehow she didn’t notice. Bo was just sitting watching her stunned that she was so clueless as the rest of them continued to play. Ellis’s winning streak came back and he won the next five rounds.

Four of them Ali lost and gave Ellis, Oliver’s bathing trunks, Oliver’s underwear, her left sock, and her tank top. Oliver lost the fifth round giving Ellis her deep voice, making her new one very feminine and soft.

A few more rounds and Oliver continued to not win a single game, but at least Ali was the one losing items. Now they are in the final round. Ali had only her panties left, and Oliver had nothing, as Ellis had everything else.

Ellis then offered to make the last round winner-takes-all. So everyone but the winner will have to give up something, but if Ellis loses they’ll give up everything. Everyone agreed and they played. The round was very close, but somehow Ellis won again taking everything.

Ali handed over her panties and Ellis looked at Oliver and was deciding what to take. Oliver was now a very thick and busty blonde woman, so there really wasn’t anything left to take from her, so Ellis decided to take her confidence, leaving Oliver a bit angsty and shy.

Then there was Oliver who had tried to put on her clothes without really looking only to find out they were all too small. When she looked down to figure out why, she finally noticed all the changes in her body.
