Joining the Valorant protocol: Pt2 (Com)

A commission for Jefisfckingbad

Neal was asleep on her bed having an amazing dream, where Neon had turned her into an exact copy of her. Afterward, she was going on cool missions in her dreams and having a ton of fun, but little did she know it was more than just a dream.

Neal woke up and stretched. Because of her dream, she was in a great mood and was ready to go play some more Valorant. So she hopped out of bed and went to move towards her computer to start playing.

Now nothing about her body felt out of place, since she spent all night in a dream with her current body, but her mind seemed to recognize that she was fully dressed and she hadn’t been wearing anything but a t-shirt and shorts.

Now she was wearing a bunch of tight clothes and some heavy overclothes. She looked down at herself and saw that she was still wearing Neon’s outfit from her dream. Not only that, but her body was still an exact copy of Neon’s as well.

Neal ran her hands through her hair, and she still had soft blue hair with yellow highlights and twin tails in the back. Her body was still smaller, which now made everything in her room seem so much bigger now that she was aware and thinking about it.

Under her chest plate, she could tell she still had a small pair of breasts, and looking down and seeing how tight her pants were against her crotch she knew there was no way in hell she still had a penis. She was without a doubt Neon now.

But how? She definitely wasn't dreaming anymore, and she wasn’t hallucinating. At least it didn't feel like she was. Did the device do this to her? Was that actually a dream last night or whatever caused her to transform?

Was she stuck like this? Was that even a problem? Neal had so many questions and no way to answer them. That’s when she remembered the Curator from the museum. He gave her the device and might know what happened.

At the very least he said Neal could come back anytime, and if he’s not responsible for her changing, he might be pretty excited to see a very realistic version of Neon walking around. So figuring it wouldn't hurt, Neal went back to the museum.

In the front of the building were the security guards, and as soon as they saw Neal they told her the Curatotr was expecting her inside. It was a little strange, Neal didn’t look like she did when she saw them yesterday, and yet they knew who she was.

Or perhaps they were expecting someone who looked like Neon, which meant they knew Neal was going to transform into her. Neal went inside and in the center of the main room, the Curator was standing filling out some paperwork on a clipboard.

He noticed Neal and smiled. He told her the device did a good job, and that she came out perfectly. He then asked her how it felt. Neal answered honestly. She felt really good, and as weird as it may be to suddenly go from being a guy to a girl, she had nothing she disliked about it.

Neal then cut to the chase. It was clear the Curator knew and perhaps intended for Neal to turn into Neon, but there had to be a reason for it, so Neal asked him to explain what was going on here. The Curator smiled and said he was happy to finally explain.

He started by saying that Valorant wasn’t just a video game. It was a test designed to train and recruit for the Valorant Protocol. Neal’s jaw dropped hearing that. They were actually making Valorant real.

The Curator chuckled and nodded. He said that was correct. He reached his hand out towards Neal and asked her if he’d like to join a covert operation consisting of the best players from around the world and join their mission to keep the world safe from any dangerous situation that appears.

He then said if she refused they were going to wipe her memory and make her join anyway. Neal’s eyes opened wide and she gulped. The Curator then laughed and said he was joking, that they wouldn't do that.

If she did refuse they’d simply turn her back to normal, take Neon’s device, and send her off back to her normal life. She was extremely reluctant to join, after all this was all real, which meant she’d be risking her life all the time.

She could get really hurt, captured by enemies, or even killed, but she’d also get to experience all the cool things from her favorite video game, get to make friends with other amazing agents like herself, use epic powers, and most importantly get to keep her amazing body.

That was her biggest motivator. She really liked that body, it was cute and felt amazing, and of all the characters from the game, there was no one she’d want to be more. She knew she couldn't go back to her old one after being in this.

So she looked up at the Curator and told him she was in. He didn’t seem surprised and handed Neal the clipboard he was holding, which was an application with everything already filled out, everything but the name of the agent applying.

Neal grabbed it and went to sign it, she was initially going to right Neal, but she wasn't him anymore, she was Neon, and she was going to embrace it fully. So she signed Neon, and afterward, she was taken down to the secret headquarters to begin her real training.

Nearly two years later Neon was a fully trained expert and a well-seasoned agent. She’s currently off in the field completing a mission as part of a five-member team of which she is currency leading as she’s the senior agent.

Alongside Neon, were Deadlock, Viper, Sova, and Yoru. Each of them was off at a different spot in the facility they were attacking saving hostages and fighting bad guys. Neon though had rushed ahead to take on the majority of the baddies.

She was in high gear running across rooftops shooting relay bolts to stun enemies and to act as a distraction, which worked out really well, as when she reached the courtyard she was surrounded. Nearly thirty goons with automatic guns sounded her.

Directly in front of her and behind the line of goons was their boss. She was sent to take him out. He was smiling and talking down to Neon like he’d already won, and to be fair an ordinary person in this situation would be dead, but she wasn’t an ordinary person, and she wasn’t worried.

Neon uses her fast lane ability followed by Overdrive. Most of the goons around her could no longer see her so they began to shoot through the walls of fast lane blidly. That caused the goons within the walls to try and run out, only to be stunned and knocked out from the damage they received.

There were bullets in and out of the walls, but thanks to overdrive Neon was faster and could dodge them. Using that she got close to the boss. He tried to swing at her, but she dogged it as well and used her lighting beam to end him.

As she stood above him, she noticed the bullets stop coming through, so she lowered fast lane to see the courtyard filled with the bodies of the goons that had moments ago surrounded her, and standing on top of them were her teammates.

Neon gave them a thumbs up and smiled and told them they did a great job. Then using her coms she radioed the Curator and told them the mission was successful and they were on their way home with the hostages and to celebrate.

The Curator congratulated them on a job well done, and told them to enjoy their rest, as another mission was likely around the corner. The next day inside the headquarters Neon and the rest of the team sat down to have a round of drinks together while their equipment was being repaired.

After a bit of hanging out each one of them makes their way out and to their homes to enjoy their time off before they’re all sent on other missions with other agents, and Neon does the same, heading home and getting into a nice set of comfy pajamas.

As she lay in her bed she looked around. Her life was completely different than it was two years ago, even her apartment was different. Instead of an empty room with just a computer for gaming her room was filled with stuffed animals and there were cute clothes lying all over the place.

There were pictures of her and her new friends on the walls, along with several souvenirs she kept from her missions, speaking of, she had taken the tie from the guy she beat up yesterday. She wrapped it around an unloaded gun she got from a previous mission and smiled.

She then turned around and saw her computer. She hadn't used it in months due to her missions, and the little amount of time she had free she used to hang out with friends, shop, and sometimes date.

It was thanks to her computer that she had such an amazing and exciting life now, and she’ll never take that for granted. She wiped the dust off of it and booted it up, then she went on to play a few rounds of Valorant just to see how the hame was holding up nowadays.

Hmmm interesting story... Unfortunately, I can’t fully appreciate it... As I said earlier, I’m not at all familiar with the Valorant universe, so I’ll speak as an outside observer... Overall the story is good... And especially interesting the last paragraph looks... It's probably very interesting to play a game where you are one of the game characters... I would probably like to try...
