Avel had just returned from the tailor after picking up his daughter's new school uniform for her first day of school tomorrow. “Hey sweety, Daddy picked up your uniform. Do you want to try it on?” Zoe came running in. “Yay! Yeah I wanna try it on.”
Avel started taking everything out of the bag. “Alright here, get this skirt on, then this shirt, and I’ll show you how to button it up correctly.” “Okay, thank you, daddy.” Avel pattered her on the head and she started to get change.
Avel turned back to the bag. “Let's see, there’s also a blazer to put on, a pair of socks, and a necktie bow.” Avel was about to throw the bag away when he felt something else in the bag. “What’s this, everything listed on the required uniform is already out.”
Avel pulled the item out and it turned out to be a clip-on bow. “Huh, strange. I wasn’t told there’s be a bow. Hey Zoe, look at this they gave you a cute bow.” Avel turned toward Zoe who was now standing behind him with her skirt and shirt on. “Wow, it’s so cute!”
“It sure is.” Avel clipped it on her head. “And it stays in place easily and you can move it to wherever you think it’s cutest.” Zoe’s eyes lit up like it was the coolest thing she had ever heard of and while Avel buttoned up her shirt she was already moving it around her head.
“Alright time for the blazer and necktie.” Zoe smiled. “I can’t wait to see how I look! I’m going to look so cute!” “Zoe you’re already the cutest girl in the whole world.” “Oh yeah? What bout mommy?” Avel laughed awkwardly. “She’s the second, but don’t tell her that okay.” Zoe smiled and nodded.
Avel got the blazer on, wrapped the necktie around Zoe’s neck and secured it in place, then finally buttoned up the blazer. As Avel got to the top of the blazer Zoe had taken the clip-on bow and placed it on Avel’s head. “Hehe, now Daddy is the cutest girl.”
Avel laughed with Zoe for a minute and then went to remove the bow. “Wow, Daddy’s changing.” Avel looks at Zoe confused. “What do you mean Daddy’s changing?” Avel noticed his voice had gotten softer and higher pitched, and strangely sounded like Zoe’s.
“What the heck? My voice sounds different.” “Daddy really is becoming the cutest girl! That's so amazing!” Avel looked back at Zoe who was now at eye level with him. “Wait Zoe how did you get so tall?” “Hehe, silly Daddy, you got smaller.”
Avel looked around. Zoe was right, he was the same size as her, and everything around them was too tall for him to see over. “What’s happening to me?” “You’re becoming a cute girl like me! We almost look like twins. I think that bow is magical.”
Avel honestly thought she was right as crazy as it sounded so he tried to remove the bow, but it wouldn't come off. “It’s stuck.” As Avel tried to pull the bow out, he noticed his hair getting longer. “Your hair is so cute! Is that what mine looks like?”
Avel gave Zoe a little smile and nodded, as he didn’t want her to notice him mildly freaking out about this whole thing. Avel turned around and kept tugging at the bow, that’s when he felt his shirt get heavier and his pants get lighter.
“Hehe, Daddy’s wearing a skirt. Wait Daddy’s wearing the same outfit as me. We’re really twins!” Zoe jumped on Avel from behind and hugged him. “I’ve always wanted a sister! Now we can do all kinds of things together! Like dressing up, our hair tea parties!” Zoe was giggling like crazy.
“That sounds fun, but I’m still a bo…” Avel’s underwear changed and felt snug against his crotch, then a moment later it loosed up a bit. “Oh no…” After that, the changes all seemed to be done. “Turn around Daddy I want to see how you look.”
Avel awkwardly turned around and looked at Zoe. “You’re so cute and that means I’m so cute! I suppose this makes mommy the third cutest.” Zoe smiled and cheerfully danced next to Avel. “Uh, something strange is going on here… We should find Mommy alright?”
Zoe nodded. “Yeah, I’m sure she’ll want to see how cute you are. I believe she’s in her office.” Avel and Zoe head to the office and knock on the door. “Come on in.” Avel reached up and grabbed the door handle. “Being so small is strange.” The two then walked into the office.
“Hey sweeties, is everything all right?” Zara said while looking at Avel and Zoe. “Uh.. Do you not see anything different?” Zara stood up and looked down at them. “Oh my, you two got into your school uniforms. You are both so cute!”
Avel was confused, heck even Zoe was confused. “Zara it’s me Avel, I’ve turned into a copy of Zoe.” “Yeah, Daddy shrank down and became like me.” Now Zara looked really confused. “Uh.. Is this some sort of game? Were you two playing house or something?”
“No Daddy really turned into a girl.” “Yeah, I was nearly six feet tall a few minutes ago, and a boy.” Zara clearly did not understand them. “Uh okay, you two go off and play, and don’t get your uniforms dirty before your first day of school.”
“But Zara.” Zara looked a bit angry. “It’s mommy young girl. Zoe, take Ava and go play in the living room until Daddy gets home.” Zoe knows full well that if she doesn’t listen to Mommy will mean she’ll have to eat extra vegetables at dinner grabbed Ava’s hand.
“Alright, Mommy” Zoe then pulled Ava into the living room. Zoe let go of Ava’s hand and went to get some coloring books. “I’m a small girl… My wife thinks I’m her child, and she apparently has a new husband… What the heck is going on here?”
Zoe came back. “I told you, the bow is magic.” “You really think the bow did this to me?” Zoe nodded and pulled it off of Ava’s head. “See look at it you can see magical sparkles coming from it. Ava took it in her hand and sure enough she could now see the sparkles.”
“That’s so strange… I didn’t see it before.” “Maybe grown-ups can't see it.” “That would make sense. Now that I’m a child again, I can see it, but how do I turn back to normal?” Zoe shrugged. “No idea, you took it off and nothing happened, so maybe you need to find a sparkly adult hat.”
For some reason that made a bit of sense. So Ava walked around the house looking at all the hats that apparently belonged to her new Daddy. None of them had sparkles, in fact, nothing else in the house had sparkles.
Ava went and sat next to Zoe who was on the floor coloring. She looked up at Ava. “Didja find anything?” Ava nodded. “Not a single thing.” “Oh too bad, so what now?” Ava looked up for a minute. “I’ll have to find one outside of this house.”
“Good luck with that, Mommy doesn’t allow me to leave on my own.” Ava looked at her confused about why that would matter to her, but since now Zara believed she was also her young daughter there was no way she was going to let Ava leave to find this object.
“It… seems… I may be stuck like this.” Zoe smiled. “So I guess we’re going to be sisters from now on. I’m so excited!” Zoe patted the spot next to her. “It’ll be a lot of fun, now come over and color with me.” Ava didn’t really have anything else to do since she was stuck here, so she sat down.
Ava and Zoe began to color and Ava ended up really liking it, and she didn’t even realize two hours had passed. The front door opened and a man walked in. “Daddy’s home.” Zara came out of her office and kissed the man. “Welcome home hunny.”
The man smiled and looked over at Ava and Zoe. “Hey girls did you have a good day?” Zoe looked at Ava, neither of them knew who it was, but it seems since the magic turned Ava into a girl, it replaced who their dad was. Ava whispered into Zoe’s ear.
“I guess we just go with it, they have no idea anything changed.” “Alright... But this guy is our new Daddy?” “Yeah.. as much as I hate to say it, he is.” “Okay.” Zoe looked at the man. “We had a good day, we got our new uniforms.”
Daddy looked happy. “You both look so cute, you’re going to have a fun first day of school. I bet you’ll make all kinds of friends, play amazing games, learn a ton of stuff and so much more.” Ava looked embarrassed, the thought that she’d have to go to first grade in a girl's uniform was crazy.
Mommy looked at Ava. “No need to be nervous sweety, you’ll have a great day, and you’ll have your big sister Zoe there with you.” Zoe smiled. “Big sister? Yeah, that’s right, big sister Zoe will make sure you have the best day.”
Zoe took Ava to play for a while before they were brought to the dining room to eat dinner, Ava was embarrassed that she needed help getting onto the chair since she wasn’t used to being so small, but her big sister helped her out.
They had a decent dinner, Zoe ate everything but Ava on the other hand couldn't stand to eat the broccoli, for some reason, it tasted so bad despite the fact she loved it before. She got in trouble for not eating her veggies and was sent to play in her room for the night.
There she found Zoe’s room had changed to match the fact that two small girls lived in it. Including a bunk bed with the bottom having Ava’s name on it. Ava lay on the bed looked up and sighed. “Why did this happen to me? Am I really supposed to just start over as a first grader?”
As it turned out Ava had no choice, she was a child now and didn't get much of a say when it came to things. So the following day she was forced to go to first grade wearing the girl's uniform. Life was tough at first, but over the years she adjusted and did her best to forget about her old life.
No one but Zoe knew who Ava used to be, and she was perfectly happy keeping it a secret so she could keep her little sister, Ava ended up feeling the same, she ended up loving being Zoe’s sister and a cute girl.
Even years later when they went to their high school prom Ava got her heart broken when her date didn’t show up. Zoe was the best big sister and made it all better. Ava still had the bow, but it’s since stopped glowing and she’s never seen another object glow like it, then again she stopped looking after the first month as she was a kid and got distracted.
