Twas the night before mothers Day, normally this was a happy day where kids would make gifts for their mothers and celebrate them for all the hard work they do. For Jack, however, this was always a very sad day. Jack never got the chance to meet his mother. There was a compilation when she was in labor and made a really tough choice, either she lived or her baby lived. Being that Jack is standing here today you know what she chose. Life was pretty hard for Jack growing up. His father always blamed him for his mother's death and didn’t pay much attention to him. His father pretty much disowned him after he turned eighteen. Jack had been living alone since then. He tried dating but never had any luck. No one his age wanted what he wanted. All he wanted was to settle down and start his own family, that way he could make up for all those things he missed. Every year on the night before Mother's Day he would visit her grave and bring her flowers.
He couldn’t really bring himself to do it the day of, but to him, this was his way of still honoring her and her sacrifice. He would clean the grave and place the flowers. Then he would sit behind the grave and lean on it and talk to her. Telling her about what happened during that year and how he was doing overall. “I miss you, Mother, I wish every day to start a family so I can do all the things I dreamed of doing with you.” Jack closed his eyes and began to cry a bit. “Ohh my sweet child, despite everything you have so much love to give.” Jack opened his eyes and looked around. “Who’s there?” Suddenly a light appeared in front of him. “I suppose you wouldn’t remember my voice, you were very young when I left you.” Jack looked surprised. “When you left me? Are you saying you’re my mother? How is this possible?” The voice laughed. “That’s right, I am your mother, and I’m able to speak thanks to this special person, they told me that they’re your guardian angel.”
“They said that they have the ability to rewrite your life just a little bit, they can help you by giving you the family you always wanted.” Jack stood up and brushed himself off. “That’s crazy, this can’t be real.” The voice began to speak, their voice soft and angelic. “Your mother is correct, I am here to help you. You, like all creatures deserve happiness, and I am merely here to help you achieve yours, all you have to do is accept it.”
Jack looked down, thinking about it. He didn’t have a whole lot to lose. “Okay, why not, do whatever you have to, as long as I end up with a happy and loving family I don’t care what happens.” With that, Jack began to pass out. As he did he heard his mother the last time. “I love you, and no matter what I’m proud of you, my child.” Things were dark for a while, but eventually, Jackie woke up in a bed. “Where am I? Who’s bedroom is this?”
Jackie stood up and stretched. “Wasn’t I at my mother's grave? Maybe that was just a dream.” Jackie went to the bathroom that was connected to the bedroom. As she walked into the bathroom, she turned and looked into the mirror to see a crazy sight looking back at her. There was a woman who looked very similar to her deceased mother reflected back at her. She reached up to feel the boobs she now had hanging on her chest. “What the hell? These things are definitely real?” She continued to inspect the body she now found herself in. Her hair was now blonde and reached its way to her lower back. She was now about a foot smaller than she was yesterday, with a much slimmer waist and wider hips. Of course, she also was wearing a matching bra and panty set, and as she guessed behind her panties was her new womanhood. “Why do I look like my mother? Ho ... .How is this possible, did that dream actually happen?”
She left the bathroom, threw some random clothes on, and headed out to the living room. When she entered, two people were sitting there. A tall handsome man, who seemed to be the same age as Jackie, and an adorable young girl who looked almost identical to Jackie’s new body.
The man smiles at Jackie. “Good morning sleepyhead.” Jackie didn’t know how to respond, but suddenly the small child got up and ran towards Jackie, grabbing her legs tight and hugging them. “Mommies awake, come play with me and daddy.” Jackie was stunned. “Mommy? You’re my child?” The little girl seemed sad. “Of course, you didn’t forget about me did you?” The girl started to tear up. That’s when Jackie realized what was going on, this was a chance to have the family she never had as a child. Jackie picked the child up and hugged her. “No of course not sweety, mommy loves you very much. Come on, let's go play.” Holding her child's hand, she walked over and sat down next to the man. When she sat down, the man leaned over and kissed her.
“You are so beautiful, I love you so much.” This caused her to turn bright red, but she was so happy inside, even though she didn’t really know these two, she knew she loved them. They played blocks with her child for a while, and eventually, they got up to eat some breakfast. Jackie decided to do a little exploring around her new house to try and learn some things about her new life. That's when she stumbled onto a desk containing some picture frames. Most of them were her and the man with their child. One however was one she had seen before, it was the picture of her mother and father from before Jackie was born. ‘Mother?” Jackie picked up the photo. “Was that really you last night?” That’s when the man hugged her from behind. “Hey honey, are you alright? Are you missing your mom?” Jackie continued to look at the photo. “Yeah I am, could we go visit her today?” The man let go and smiled. “Of course, it’s Mother’s Day, after all, of course, we’re going to visit her and bring her flowers.” Jackie smiled and put down the photo.
“Of course, you still count as a mother, so we have to celebrate you first, so how about you come eat this amazing breakfast we made for you.” Jackie and the man went to the kitchen where the young girl was waiting with a tray of food. “Mommy, me and daddy made a huge amount of pancakes for you, come eat them.” Jackie walked over and kissed the child on the forehead. “I can’t wait to eat them, you did a good job, they look so good.” The three of them had a wonderful time eating breakfast, Jackie and her husband cleaned up the dishes together while their child ran around the house playing. Afterward, they all got dressed to head out for the day. The first place they headed to was a flower shop. “Wow, there are so many pretty flowers, Mommy are going to get some?” “Of course, want to help me pick out some for grandma?” “Yes! I’m going to pick the best ones.”
Jackie and her daughter shopped for some flowers. They picked some flowers and had them cut and wrapped up and took them to the car. “Those flowers are so pretty, you two know how to pick them.” “Of course we do, we are really good at it Daddy.” The man helped the young girl get into the car while you loaded the flowers in the trunk. Once everyone was buckled up and ready, they headed to the cemetery where Jackie's mother was buried. They brought the flowers to the grave and placed them down. Jackie looked around noticing there was no evidence her old self was here last night. The man put his arm around Jackie and held her tightly. The child walked up to the headstone and began to try and read it. “J, A, C, K, L, Y, N, Jacklyn hey that’s my name.” “That’s right, mommy and I named you after your grandmother.” This realization caused Jackie to start crying. “I’m sorry mommy, I didn’t mean to upset you.” Jacklyn ran over and hugged her mother. Jackie bent down wiping the tears from her face. “It’s okay, I’m not upset, I’m actually happy. Your grandmother would be so happy to know that I have a wonderful family.” ‘I bet she’s watching over us, and she’s super proud of you, for being the amazing mother she never got to be for you.” This caused Jackie to smile. “You’re right, but even more than that, I’m so happy to have this opportunity to be an amazing mother and wife to you two.”
