So today I will be attending my sister's wedding. It still surprises me that she managed to get engaged. Up until she met Dylon she had always been a nervous wreck of a person. I guess meeting him helped her build confidence. So I was in the middle of getting into my rented tuxedo when I received a panicked call from her. She seemed to be panicking, I guess she was having last-minute doubts. She asked me to show up early and talk to her. When I got there I noticed she hadn’t even started to get ready for her wedding. I asked her what was going on, I was hoping to calm her down and relieve any stress she was going through. She explained about this feeling she had. It was like a voice telling her that something was wrong, but every time she focused on it, something tried to bury it inside her head. She then said something I still think is crazy. My sister then claimed to have been a practicing witch, and that’s how she met Dylon, he was apparently a warlock.
She continued by saying originally they were friends and she never felt anything for him, until one day it felt like she couldn’t live without him. In conclusion, she suspected he was casting high-level spells on her, and she couldn’t dispel them while under his influence. The room was silent for a minute, and I started laughing. I told her she got me, I almost believed she was losing it. When I stopped laughing I noticed she just stared at me, she seemed so serious. Maybe she was having some sort of mental breakdown. I then apologized and asked what I could do to help her. I figured going along with it would help make her happy again. The next part was even crazier, she told me she would have to switch bodies with me. It was so she could be unaffected by any spells and think clearly. After which she would be able to use her magic to undo any spells on her body. I couldn’t help but look at her like she was crazy, but I agreed, I mean at the time I didn’t think it was possible so what harm could come of it?
We went into the room being used to get her ready for the wedding and she pulled out this old-looking book. She had me sit down while she began to flip through the book. After about a minute she began speaking, but the words she was using were foreign to me. After she said the last word I blacked out. I was woken up by my sister now in my body. She tried to tell me she was right, and she had to go to get something and would be back. She just left me there alone. After a few minutes, two women came in and insisted on helping me get ready for the wedding. The worst part is my sister was right, I now felt compelled to get ready to marry Dlyon. Despite barely knowing him, I felt devoted to him and full of love for him. I hope she comes back quickly, I don’t think I can fight this like she did.
