Ally woke up and grabbed her phone like she did every morning. Normally she’d go through any late-night messages or game notifications, but today she woke up with over a thousand notifications from an app she’d never seen before, it was called Evcsa.

Ally was worried it was some sort of bug but opened it due to pure curiosity. That's when she found out what it was. It turned out to be a new government mandatory app that was called Every Vote Counts System Application.

Ally sat up quickly in shock. What she wrote on her ballot actually came true, which meant the fairy wasn’t a dream. She couldn't believe this, it was amazing! This could actually change the world for the better.

She quickly gets to work finding topics she truly cares about, things like mandatory paid maternity and grievance leave, free school lunches to all children, or even more hot topics like abortion and equality rights.

Since she was asleep when it came out, she had so many important issues to vote on, so she continued to vote as she went to the bathroom, ate breakfast, and listened to her family all argue about how it was dumb they discarded both presidential candidates and went with Evcsa.

Ally pretended to care just so she didn’t have to argue with them, especially because she truly believed this new system would not only benefit them but everyone else who lives in their country. So she just nodded and smiled at them while continuing to vote on her phone.

She was amazed at how many things were being considered, and how well it was going for the people, and not for the elite who had controlled their lives up until this moment. Ally was sure the vote to heavily tax millions and billionaires was making the elite shake in their boots.

Ally finished her breakfast, brought her plate to the sink, and headed back up to her bedroom to get ready for school. She grabbed her underwear and bra and put them on, then went to grab her school uniform when she noticed something strange about it.

Instead of a simple white blouse and a black skirt like it had been for decades. Instead, Ally had a white button-up shirt that looked too small, a sweater with her college logo on it, a necktie, and a blue pleated skirt.

She was a bit confused about why she had a new school uniform, so she decided to check Evcsa to see if that was the reason. Sure enough, there was a vote for her college to change the normal school uniforms to resemble a traditional catholic school uniform.

Ally raised an eyebrow. Sure, it looked somewhat like one, but hers was very off. So she opened the vote, which was completed while she was asleep, and read through it. The vote was apparently started not by a teacher or the dean, but by some random first-year student.

Ally didn’t realize that anyone could start a vote. She had to admit that was a bit troubling, but surely the good people of her country would put down anything stupid that came up. Then again, this new uniform was voted in pretty quickly.

Ally continues to read, as stated it replaces the standard uniform with a catholic school version for both the girls and boys. Then at the bottom were the details about the amendment. Ally clicked on it to look at it.

In the amendment, it alters the girl's uniform to make it much more revealing. Not only is the blouse and vest shrunk down so that the girl's uniform shows off the girl's stomach, but it also cuts the length of the skirt in half, making it barely long enough to cover their privates.

Ally takes the uniform and looks it over. She couldn't believe something like this passed. Were the boys at her college really all such pigs? Well, it was voted on, so for now she had to follow the rules and respect the vote.

However, she was going to start a vote to remove it right away and try her best to get support for it on social media. So he figured out how to submit the vote, then shared it with her school page and friends.

Ally was feeling pretty good about herself until she got a ton of messages from the boys saying the new uniforms were perfect and then came a flow of votes. In seconds it was about a hundred people in support and six thousand against her vote.

Because a majority of her college had voted no, the vote ended, meaning that nothing changed. Ally was quite upset with these results, but despite this hiccup, she still believed that this new system was better, at least the people's wants were heard.

She took the uniform and started to put it on. She started with the blouse. She put her arms through it and buttoned it up. It was extremely tight, especially around the chest. Ally knew it wouldn't be as tight if she took off her bra, but that was likely what the perverts wanted when they made it.

So she left it on and was prepared to deal with it being tight. She rolled up the sleeves since they were also too short. Then she slipped the vest over her blouse. It was a very soft vest, but again was too small.

It covered the bottom of the blouse but left most of her waist and belly bottoms exposed. The necktie, which had blue and white stripes, was the only normal part of her new uniform. She figured it was quite hard to make a tie like this sexual, but she’s still surprised those perves didn’t figure it out.

Next came the skirt. It was the worst part of the outfit. Ally slipped it up her legs and moved it to her waist, where she’d normally put her skits, but doing so left her panties exposed in both the front and back.

Ally felt her face scrunch up as she slowly moved the skirt down until it covered enough to hide her underwear. It took putting them all the way down on her hips to ensure that she wouldn't be exposing herself with every step, and she still wasn’t sure she was in the clear.

But it was as low as it could get without exposing the top of her underwear. After that she put on her socks, which were normal, and then her school shoes which had also been changed. Though they looked like normal school shoes, they had two-inch heels on the back.

Ally pouted. It was one thing to wear this uniform the whole day, but to also have to wear heels all day, and walk to and from college while wearing them was going to kill her feet and drive her crazy, extra height made the skirt situation much worse.

Ally was about to toss them away and refuse to wear them, but her mother called up to her and told her she had to leave for school or she’d end up being late. So she reluctantly put on her heels, grabbed her bag, and walked downstairs.

Her mother came to say goodbye to her and when she saw her new uniform she told Ally she looked good in it. Her brother, on the other hand, laughed at her when he saw it and even said perhaps this new system could be good.

She flipped him off and called him an asshole, and the two started to bicker a bit, but their father stopped them as he made his way out the door to head to work. Ally stuck her tongue at her brother before running out the door.

Ally then began her first walk in heels. About a minute in, more votes started to pop up in which Ally was eligible to vote. There were so many things to vote on, and for every serious topic, there were ten bogus ones by people misusing the system.

Ally already knew she had to vote no on the bogus ones, or else more ridiculous things could become laws, and that was the last thing she wanted. So her entire walk to school, she clicked on everything that wasn’t serious and voted no.

Little did she realize that there was way too much to keep up with, and soon another thing she didn’t want would be passed, but whether she intended it or not, this was the world she created, and now she had to deal with whatever comes of it.
