Zinc and Vitamin C are also for immunity. Elderberry is useful when you feel something coming on or you've been exposed to a virus. I had covid a year ago (well, I tested negative several times but there's literally nothing else it could have been) and have not been sick with anything since. And that is with not getting the vaccine and having school age children, who are disgusting as we all know.
