He actually is all those things, but the pressure has resulted in some major perfection issues + he's hiding who he really is. He's 'in a relationship' with the leading lady at his org, but..... both of them are well aware he has no interest. Portia is just a placeholder for the time being haha. he's very silly and nice and does his best but is out of his depths.
Heatgun works for Angelwood 999 with his bestie Newt (Newton Angelwood aka the manager of their org) but he's a people person and quickly finds himself friends with the manager at Crystal Clear. Think of Angelwood 999 as a modded golf cart, while Crystal Clear is a bentley. They'll both get you to where you need to be but.... eh.... Newt has a psychotic relationship to an online personality/reporter who smears him and his team and he cyberbullies her so they both feed of their toxic energies until he does the crazy move of offering her a job as their pr/social media person. keep your enemies closer besties. newt is also canonically the smartest person in the universe but is soooo easily goaded and triggered he tweaks out at the most minute thing, like omg its the end of the world whatever.... but omg you corrected his spelling?! AH
