I go back and forth a lot with edwin, i just don't think he drinks much (if at all) because he's self aware enough to see he overdoes it, aka socially anxious person that would rely on alcohol to be less socially anxious. I go between him being completely sober, or like has 1 drink if portia is there to supervise, otherwise he enjoys a nonalcoholic beer or mocktail. The third option is he just gets so insanely flushed he gets embarrassed so he doesn't drink in public
