Yeah, I wouldn't have any kids during the zombie apocalypse. It took a lot to commit to having them in today's world with how messed up it is and that was in 1997's world.

Even in the previous episode, they showed Rick no longer wearing his wedding ring. Now that they finally have a place to call home, Rick is ready for commitment — and he’s being mature and honest about it with his son. Wholesome!

I'm with Addison it would have to take some time because not just with the walkers there's danger around every corner Paul told them that Negan group killed a 16 year old boy front of them so they don't care about killing kids so much I want to say but I can't ❤️

I feel if that was Michonne he was talking to he would have been sexist and racist and Michonne would have put his butt down with Rick coming behind rasing him and putting him down again. You'll see Rick and Michonne work as a couple something that Rick and Lori never did, Lori would always question Rick's decisions while Rick and Michonne makes them together. Michonne chucking that chick always makes me laugh because she hit Rick and Michonne said don't put your hands on my man, only I can do that.

Barrington House (Here in Hilltop) reminds me of Colony House (in the series "From")

And besides...What is everything for if there's nobody to take over one day? Children in this show are future made physical and especially in TWD children belong to everyone

2025-07-16 17:10:53 +0000 UTCThe baby thing is difficult for me. If i had a warrior wife like michonne, i might not wanna give her a baby until we can afford her to be sat down for 12-14 months. Other than that, i need about 6 months in a strong community. Age plays a factor too. If we're young (im 28) we might wait a couple years just because. But if im older like these characters (about 35) then we need to expedite or consider not having kids. Because it serves nobody if there's a complication and we dont have complex high tech machines to take care of that. And im personally not losing my super junt over a baby that may or may not survive the complications itself (most times, if the mama dies, it takes complex medical machines and medicine to keep the baby alive too).

Tbh, maggie will be able to breastfeed for AWHILE (around 2 years), formula is not really the issue (unless maggie were to pass away in childbirth like lori). But if it were my boyfriend and I in this position, I don't think we would ever feel safe enough to bring a child into this world. Some alternative names for Jesus(paul): johnny, kyle, karate kid. Hope to see the next episode soon <3

Sasha giving Abraham the peace signs is a callback to 6x1 in the b&w flashback of Sasha seeing drunk Abraham after he buried Reggie, he gives her the peace sign and she amusingly gives it back to him... I don't know which is funnier: Michonne feeling awkward and unconfortable, turning away from Carl who's sitting next her at the table side watching her and smirking while Paul was talking to everyone at the table in the beginning lol. Rick nervously trying to explain himself and his intension with Michonne, like Carl was her daddy(I feel like everyone lowkey peep to the whole Rick being weird with Jessie situation, and Carl was not about play about his Michonne, even from his own father lol). Or Rick being all cheesing and lovey with Michonne in the RV, and Paul is sitting behind them watching them hold hands lol(which he clearly peeped that not only was this relationship, but quickly understood that Michonne is the one who can overthrow Rick's orders, as you saw when Rick told him to wait outside the building, the first thing Paul did was turn to Michonne to get her opinion, which is very smart of him to pick up)... Aww I never notice Judith waving to Carl. It made me think of when Chandler(Carl) talked about him getting attached to the different twin babies they used for Judith... Master Estates? They call them "manors" now, basically a poor attempt to covering up the idea that they were plantations lol... Paul said The Hilltop ran out of ammo months ago... The Saviors force the Hilltop guy to kill Gregory as repru because they have his brother hostage and threatened. I can't blame him for trying to kill Gregory over that. He's trash and the man is just trying to save his brother, probably the only person here has left... Abraham was smiling because it was Sasha's voice he heard in his head as he was being choked out, just like the man he almost killed said he saw his wife before he almost died... Michonne smiling at the ultrasound pic, but then gets sad because she lost her own child. She probably remembers the day she got her first ultrasound pic...
