As Ron would say on Harry Potter, "He is a right foul git!" For sure! Rick's group saved this man's whole raggedy life on more than one occasion. After what he did to his congregation and how he put Carl, Michonne, and Judy in mortal danger sneaking out from under the church. He brought all of those Walkers back on them when they were more than secure. They still made this man a part of the group. This is how he repays their benevolence. The disrespec and betrayal are diabolical! 🤯😡

2025-06-25 16:59:33 +0000 UTCI'm sure someone already commented it, but random Fun Fact, Danai really did hit Andrew by accident and and she was scared that she really, l knocked him out, so when as soon as they yelled cut after she finished the scene, she said said immediately jumped on Andy to see if he was okay lol. She said that was the best take so it was the one they used in the show so 🤷🏾♀️😄. Their relationship dynamic(along with Norman as part of the trio) is so adorably amusing and still to this day ongoing. It's fun to watch a compilation video of their real-life, playfully goofy moments together or something lol... TV Rick should be glad it was just an elbow. Comic Michonne busted him in the back if the head with a whole rock 😭. Had Rick shook that his homegirl straight up rocked him like that 😆...

Shane had absolutely NO reason to be on that, not only that he started screwing his bestfriends wife not even a year after the "end". Lastly, Rick was diplomatic.... look where it got him. He gave the benefit of the doubt, look where it got him. He's being smart, whereas Shane was being not only a loose cannon but also becoming a jealous psycho. He killed Otis for no reason (Rick would never). He tried to rape Lori (Rick would NEVER) then he tried to kill his bestfriend after he was given multiple chances...... Rick would NEVER to Glenn or Daryl.

Unlike Dawn, who kept or got rid of people purely based on how useful they were, whether they were good or bad, Brandon's point is that morality does matter. If you're a good person and not particularly useful, you can still stay. You might not have a rare skill, but you’re trying, doing your part, and not hurting anyone, and that’s enough. But if you're a bad person like Pete, you have to bring something real to the table to even be considered for staying. And even then, it has to be under strict conditions. You're not just kept around because you're technically useful, you actually have to be actively providing that value and not causing more harm than good.

And now we know why Jessie was so smiley friendly and flirty with Rick. She saw what kind of man he was and was looking for a savior. Also Rick would have done what he did trying to save Jesie for anyone because he's a cop and that's what they do. A lot of that Jessie stuff is more PTSD and guilt over Lori on Rick's part. I understand the things that he was saying to them Rick still have that survival mode our whole group does , and look at poor Sasha she needs a lot of help right now she's going out on her own killing walkers she still wearing Bob's jacket I feel sorry for all of them and the load they have to carry after losing the people they love the people of Alexandria don't know how to survive Rick in his crazy way is trying to tell them that did he take it a little far yes he did but I understand where he's coming from Just like Glenn said those walls went up just in time for those people or they would all been dead by now you guys got to go to the next episode❤️

It was said by Gareth and his mom that they were bringing in people not thinking about the danger in people but only with walkers and were shown how wrong they were. You shouldn’t look at the world and every single person as bad but they clearly weren’t going to be able to handle if they were attacked

Deana is looking for people to help Alexandria get strong, but she doesn't truly understand how they need to get stronger. Deana should have had a couple of apprentices with Pete since medical school isn't a thing anymore. At some point, you give Pete an ultimatum. It doesn't matter that he's a doctor; he's drunk most of the time and not good for the community. Michonne got there in time to save Rick from himself.

I also think people excuse Rick going for Jesse because Pete is actually a trash human where Rick wasn’t when Shane was around plus, Shane was his best friend. However, it doesn’t change the fact he still went for another man’s wife. I also like that slight smile from Carol during it because she knows after Ed and after her experience, there is no more hesitation and there is only (as Yoda says) do or do not their is no try. As Andrea once told Shane “ have you ever considered a lighter touch? You’ve been making the right calls, but it’s your presentation that leaves something to be desired.”

2025-06-23 20:19:52 +0000 UTCRick in Alexandria is a lot like Shane on Hershel’s farm. Both seem erratic with what they say/do but both are right when it comes to smart decisions for survival. Rick’s speech at the end of this episode mirrors Shane’s speech just before he busted open the barn. They both say similar things too, for example Shane said “If you want to survive, you gotta fight for it!” meanwhile Rick just said “If you don’t fight, you die!” I like the parallels between those two. Makes you wonder if Shane’s mindset for this world was ahead of everyone else’s. If only it wasn’t for Lori…
