Nah Andrea sleeping around isn't the issue, it's how she's doing it. First sleeping around with Shane knowing the history between him and Lori. Next is Sleeping with the Govenor while abandoning her best friend that kept her alive and watched her back for almost a year. It's also how she ONLY wants to do men related work and be around men only. Her character in general is in question, so if they wanna complain about her for those reasons, I think it's fair. Shane slept around with Lori but sleeping with Andrea was better for him because he needed to leave Lori alone. That's why it difficult to speak ill of him on that topic. And as you can see, they speak ill of Glenn and Maggie whenever those two get it on because there's a time and place. I think they're being fair.

The only thing I will say in the Governor's defense of him throwing Merle under the bus at the end is that's Merle's own fault. He lied to the Governor and told him that Michonne was dead, that everyone else died by walkers while they had her head and her sword; so in turn, the Governor lied about some details and made it seem like Merle was a traitor. The minute Merle took Maggie & Glen he was screwed regardless, because Rick & crew would have found them and still done the same thing, but if Merle had killed Michonne like he said he did, it would have taken them much longer to show up and she wouldn't have been there to fight the Governor and stab his eye.

Adison hit the nail on the head. When you get too comfortable and forget what’s really going on in the world, you let your guard down and you find yourself less prepared when ish hits the fan. The Governors people are not well equipped or mentally prepared to handle an invasion because he doesn’t tell them the truth. He’s allowing them to live in a fantasy world which isn’t idealistic. He has a small amount of soldiers but everyone else in Mayberry is zombie food. Rick’s group is smaller but way stronger because they never really let their guard down.

"Watching Head Flix" was hilarious. Y'all are hard on Glenn & Andrea with equal disdain. The way the women are WRITTEN in these early seasons is horrible! This is one of the reasons why Michonne pops as a female character in season 3. After seeing those heads, Andrea should have ran after Michonne & left. In her defense, she thinks Michonne is running with a rogue group until she sees Daryl. One of the major themes of the books/show is can the living keep their humanity or do they forego their humanity & morals to survive. When the show first aired, I realized at the end of season 2 The Walking Dead weren't the zombies. Maggie says it in this episode - they forgot what humans can do. People give Andrea way too much hate. Even when she was with the group they never really wanted to see her as valuable. she was an outcast like Shane. She gets into Woodbury and she is close to the head honcho which by proxy makes her feel valuable. Not to mention, she was sick on the road and she FINALLY feels safe which is what everyone is searching for. At one point the girl ain’t even want to live. She lost her sister early on and had to recover from that. Also the Governor has an entire community under his spell and is “charming” when people watch they just forget all of this because it’s Andrea but they make excuses for the other characters who don’t have perfect moments. Also Merle lied and said he took out Michonne only for her to come back and take out his eye. Thats why he called him a liar

Daryl has a code of honor which is why he gravitated to Rick and became so loyal after handcuffing Merle on a rooftop. Rick proved he has honor / empathy & strives to do what’s right. I think Daryl is the same way- just quieter and grittier.

Andrea and Lori are basically the same but the only thing is that Lori sometimes made good decisions with attacks and Andrea didn’t I mean Lori had good shots in the prison and Andrea almost killed Daryl. Andrea and Lori both had two bodies. As well they both liked people in power.

The Governor is way toned down for the tv show. Because that scene with Maggie went to the extreme in the comic, except it wasn't Maggie, it was Michonne. Andrea just make me wanna throw my laptop every time she is onscreen lol.

Andrea just pisses me off so bad. She had an excuse for the first few episodes because nobody was telling her anything, even Michonne didn't warn her of her suspicions, but now it's too late. She saw the heads, she sees the Governor acting crazy, and she still didn't rejoin Michonne. Girl, BYE.
