Watching this Jan 22 2025. Yall should watch the whole aliens series, predator series, alien v predator, Prometheus and alien covenant and then the new one that just came out recently ! Prometheus is my favorite alien movie, 10/10

He's a phenomenal actor named John Hurt. He's done a lot of wild movies including 1984, the Elephant Man, and V for Vendetta • the captain was the head of the Top Gun program, call sign: Viper

2024-08-07 03:44:02 +0000 UTCWatch Predator, Aliens, Predator 2 (not as good as 1), Alien 3 (gets lots of hate, but has both Tywin Lannister and Charles S. Dutton in it. I liked it okay 🤷), and then go straight to the AvP films and watch everything in release order. I thought Prey, the latest Predator movie was pretty damn good. So, the Predators are one race of aliens. The race of alien in this movie is called a xenomorph. You see in this very first movie that the xenomorph has a very unusual way of reproducing. The pod is like a cocoon for the facehugger. The facehugger finds a host and deposits a xenomorph embryo in the host's torso where it gestates until it outgrows the host. It destroys the host from the inside out as it breaks free. Give it a few hours with a food source and you now have one fully grown xenomorph. We learn a little more and a little more about the backstory with each movie, so look forward to a loooonnnng development on that front. Just one xenomorph took out a ship full of second rate space laborers in a matter of hours. What do you suppose happens when there is more than one? 😏
