I mean he just raped the girl and ya'll saying she didn't really say stop, yes she did. She loved Joffrey as much of a jerk as he was, she still had a motherly love for him and didn't feel that was the right place. What people will argue with you about is that Jamie isn't ALL bad. He has his moments.

Respect to the other actor, idk what happened there. Michael Huisman ended up being the better fit in my opinion. (He's in Rebel Moon too!)
