They put a lot of money into and imo it was all so worth it. I feel like by season 2, 3 body problem is gonna be worldwide. Hope y’all watch it one day!

Spartacus is the closest to GoT in terms of the period piece drama and action. Westworld is great for conspiracies and thinking what’s next. Vamp is the best acting from a full cast Ive ever seen.

Which is what hate about streaming-with movies you never had "prestige" studios. People knew an indie could produce a classic just as well as a major studio. Just the opposite. these days, they'll say, "Oh that's an A24 movie, I''ve got to see it." Whereas with streaming there is just SO MUCH and the media love to choose what what comes from "the majors" (HBO or Netflix) when it comes to awards consideration, let's say.

If it was on HBO it would have gotten Emmys galore--IF GOT had not been there, that is. Westworld was great the first season, started to get wobbly the 2nd season, and crashed the third season because once the story's great concept had been explored, there was nothing more they could really do with it. They should have splituip up into 2 seasons, Parts 1 and 2, over and done.

This can even extend to Queerness as well (as we saw in alice in borderland, when they discovered a character was trans). We shouldn’t waste their production hours on things they wouldn’t like.
