You guys chose the version which Jimin was sick and couldn’t show off his vocals properly to watch, that’s sad. This is why I don’t suggest this song live for new army reactors. Most of the time they pick the wrong videos to watch made by some biased people out there who don’t particularly enjoy some of the members (yes, that does happen a lot in this fandom. Just be careful of from which pages you decide to react to mix stages from). Thank you for always showing love to the boys though. I hope we can see something from the rap line as well in the future :)

We understand what you mean. But from our perspective it’s really the best way to figure out what to watch. We don’t know the discography so we look to discord to come up with suggestions. And then of those suggestions there are so many differing opinions so the polls help answer that for us as well. Alternatively we would be watching things at random. As I said here in the comments somewhere before, a problem with TTU is it has a lot of bad versions. There were more than one good versions of the popular ones that had english subtitles (I posted the links previously). Also pleaaaase guys - if you can, avoid stage mixes. They take a lot away from the performance momentum. Also this, for example, had Jimin sick, I think - you can hear it in his voice especially in the beginning. So I suggest going forward you take in account links from the comments 😊

Like others suggested, I hope you’ll check out their Japanese songs. The vocal line is amazing and each one highlights their strength. The Truth Untold was one that I would play on repeat when I first heard it. The House of Cards has more harmonies but I adore Butterfly, the prologue mix, especially from the Busan concert. And the live performances are like roller coaster of emotions because I’ve seen a concert performance where Jin’s voice shook a little bit and Jungkook kept laughing, there’s also a time when Taehyung cried because he can’t sing due to sore throat and there’s also one where Jimin cried. Jungkook weaving in and out of Jin and jimins part harmonizing and adlibbing through the whole climax part is just chefs kiss! There a reason he’s known for live harmonies and adlibs!!! Honestly he pretty much does this in every single live performance.. but the issue is half the time you can hear it bc he’s singing with other members.. including rapline… but bc the camera is only focused on whoever is the main vocal part of rap part there… ppl will just gasp at the harmony and think it’s the back track or something lol but it’s almost always jk. Once you get to see more live performances where you can see the full stage then you’ll notice more…. It’s just that he adds stuff that’s not even on the tracks live … so you’re not expecting it and just react to whoever was singing that part even though the sound you hear is a harmony… if that makes sense lol like jungkook actually harmonizes with Jin earlier in the song where you guys got excited about it but they didn’t show him lol that’s why I don’t like stage mixes. Should check out “enjoy BTS more” version bc they show accurately who is singing what parts better and makes it more enjoyable. They all honestly could sing the song on their own individual style and tone and it would be beautiful… and it was… but when they start singing together it’s a totally different story. That’s why I love live performances bc we hear harmonys and adlibs much better!!! Jks actually harmonizing and adlibbing pretty much the whole “home” performance you just watched and you would like a certain part where he sang with someone else but he didn’t even look all the way forward at the camera or come forward like others did.. so it makes sense you missed a lot of it bc there was so much going on in the background 💜 Vocal line is amazing!!! Each vocalist exceptional in their own way!! I’m just extremely partial to harmonies and adlibs… I LOVE them… and jungkook is just insanely exceptional at them Also the whole ending of this video was awesome… the chaotic ending with you guys… also summers voice was pretty.. and the rest of you were priceless!
