How To Turn Your Overthinking Into Your Greatest Strength

i would think so, there is no way you can do the right thing and be consistently good without good discipline and integrity; forcing yourself to do the right thing even when you dont want to

Book recommendation - The Motivation Manifesto. It’s covers social- and self- oppression, fear, doubt, etc etc. Really a great self-development book imo.

the last part is very important and what I understood it to be is that if you are stuck in that “negative loop” of over thinking, then the only way to break that is to take action no matter the result then you can look back on it then you get to the “positive loop” of overthinking . it’s kinda like breaking the ice type thing . you gotta fail to succeed is basically what the last part of video was

This video is 🔥 but I still I got a question how do you plan and organise yourself better?

I'm a new patron and you've been giving me a lot of value with this content. Ty -- is an approach video ever going to come out?

I notice that on the drawing the self doubt and self hatred stems from overthinking. Can those thoughts and emotions also stem from planning, taking action, ect. I would think so but then it would go back to overthinking being the loop that you're talking about. So my question is can discipline play apart in this and can that help grow confidence and assertiveness?

Was reading a book called "Atomic Habits" One of the segments talks about the system of actions that the person would need to make in order to reach their goals. it quotes "You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems. This video proved that. It's not about the goals or what a person would think to try and change their life. It's literally just the strategy, steps, and action that the person would need to take. Systems lead you to your goals, Ty is using overthinking as a system to pursue his. This isn't a question but Atomic Habits would be an excellent read on the channel Ty, I'm sure it will change so many people's lives and point of view on taking action and forming productive habits. Great video as always #2DAMOON!

Would you say that the actions/challenging the mind are what will make your mind grow and think highly and positively?

GisGreat

Yo this video lowkey came at a beautiful time. I’ve always over thought, but one my main other issues is my fear of rejection. I’m a great conversationalist naturally but i always fuck myself up when i get scared or nervous. I basically start losing myself, and try to become someone else. So i’m so used to doing it. even when i do realize that i’m great at talking, i always go back to this base mindset when i’m presented with an opportunity. How would you suggest i reprogram my brain from becoming insecure when i get those opportunities?
