Patreon Changes!

I had a great birthday, but now I have a small cold. I hope to be uploading the late Friday Night mail between today and Monday, and be back on schedule by then, too! I'll also be making a birthday recap for Patrons only! :)
Anyway, I wanted to let you guys know about some changes to Patreon. you may have noticed that I went from roughly $2400/month to less than $2k, this is because Patreon is trying to more accurately assess how much money is actually sent to me each month. They are deducting declined pledges, fees, etc.. This give more transparency to what your creators are ACTUALLY getting each month.
I've been hounding them to make changes, and it really seems like the company is trying to improve and remove ways people can exploit the system while not actually giving money to creators. They are also trying to find quicker ways to process pledges so I can put out rewards as people pledge, not once a month. in addition, they are trying to process in other ways to avoid credit card fees.
I'll keep you updated about everything I know as a creator! Model Monday is in 2 days, and I should have some Patron-only stuff, and more rewards/e-mail replies as soon as I can! I miss chatting with you guys! <3

2015-11-16 11:17:57 +0000 UTCI don't know... But I'm surprised that you believe in charitable organizations. Don't get me wrong. I believe in charity, but I don't believe in charitable organizations. From what I know the most of the money that they get they waste on salaries for there own employees (they are still non for profit, because salaries are expenses) and only small amount to the cause itself... Donating money just never really works as it should... Not to mention how that money is actually used is also not what you might expect. P.S. Sorry for being to skeptical, but that how I am...
