Time to reveal our most ambitious project yet

So, for all those of you who voted for the "Magical Librarian", I hope you will be as happy as I am revealing her to you.

As usual, when having the option of going "standard" or "super complicated", the choice is always the same.

For the Magical Librarian, I will be attempting something that I wanted to do for a long time, but never had the budget for (I don't have it now either, but we're going for it anyway).

We'll be telling a story. We'll be doing that with a diorama....

...and not just a diorama.

She will be a full sized character (140mm)
She will have full diorama for her
The characters from the diorama will have also a separate, standalone variant as 32mm minis

Crazy even for my standards.

So...what will she be about?

I thought about how I wanted to interpret the poll prompt. I love books, although I don't read that much anymore. With her, I want to take you on a journey with us in the magical world of dreams and imagination.

But what could she be reading about?

While brainstorming her, I've been suggested to not do just random books, but something that has a meaning for me personally.

So, each book and each character that she summons, is a book or a theme from my childhood and what I grew up with.

Some of the characters represent 1:1 a book, some others represent a theme.

I also wanted to organize a small contest with a small prize for the first one who can guess all the references, but some are really very specific.

But maybe we can still try.

One important note: we might not be able to manage to produce this for the timeframe that I expect, so, given the size of this model, we might have some delays (but I hope not)
