We all go through ups and down, success and defeat and that's just how life is. The most successful people have failed numerous times before life gave them a chance. The secret is to be positive and when you feel you have not 1 reason to be positive, that's when you have to be EVEN MORE positive!!! I know easier said than done, but here are a few examples of things we take for granted: breathing naturally, walking, seeing, eating, hearing, speaking, loving, being loved, having a phone, a roof over our heads, a fridge with food, having parents, siblings, friends, partner, pets, going to a café,... Let's enjoy each day as if it was our last and with a positive attitude we can only succeed life and that's the best success.
