Fullbody (the marine that Sanji beat the shit out off in Baratie) and Jango (The Hypnotist from Kuro's Crew) were both captured by the marines (Fullbody for failing too many missions and Jango cuz he a pirate), however the Judge had pity on them so he decided to sentence them to serve as Marines from the lowest rank..... Fullbody was basically completely Demoted, he went from Liutenant Commander to Seaman Apprentice, and they were Assigned to work under Hina who is another Marine Captain just like Smoker.
