Yes, Lemongrab was voiced by Justin Roiland, it was the role that made him famous before the went on to create his own show and also voicing Morty himself (This episode came out in 2011 while Rick and Morty came out in 2013). And i must say... yes, Justin certainly left a mark in the animation Industry with Rick and Morty... but Lemongrab it's by far his most iconic performance. The way he talks and screams, and specially his iconic phrase "Unacceptable" it's something that the fans were never able to forget xddd. It's a big shame and disappointment that Justin turned out to be not such a good person (y'know with all the allegations of sexual harassment).
