While wearing this skirt, you may control the tendrils of kelp as if they were tentacles connected to your body. Each tendril can hold up to 5 lbs and tendrils can be combined to increase their individual carry weight. Additionally, these tendrils may be used to wield weapons that have the Light property, but do not grant you additional attacks and can be used in place of your hands for the Somatic component of spellcasting.
As a Bonus Action, you can attempt to Grapple a character within 5 ft. The Escape DC is the Grapple is equal to 8 + the number of tendrils used in the attempt.
While wearing this skirt, you gain an additional Reaction, but may not use more than 1 Reaction per turn.
