I notice he doesn't appear to be struggling. Sa didn't either (although that might have been due to a broken spine, considering how Song landed on him...) I'm wondering whether she's not just pulling warmth from them, but also damping (ha! a pun) their ability to struggle, Sudden cold leading to ataxia, perhaps.
