Since Hawkins has had the massive portals opening after the ending of season 4, the Demogorgons now can easily open portals.

It’s giving Harry Potter déjà vu — the whole mind-connection thing. Voldemort had a piece of his soul in Harry, and Harry had to die to break the connection. I feel like Will is going through something similar, which is why I think he’ll die if they kill Vecna/the Mind Flayer. Will is too connected to them. There’s no way he’s surviving that. 😩

2025-11-28 01:26:55 +0000 UTCfrom whats been show will having powers can be done these 4 ways, as far as ive thought 1- everyone who vecnas has invaded their minds, has his powers if they are still connected to the hive mind like will is 2- same as 1 except without still being connected, could be cool because max would then have powers and she would want revenge 3- vecnas goal is making humans more like him, so that tentacle thing he done to will that we saw he is doing to the other kids, he done to give them his powers, either to draw from him being in their mind, or giving them a part of his power so they are weaker than him so he can still control them 4- or like with will, connected to the hive mind he sees through vecna, sort of like he is in vecnas mind the same way vecna is in his and others, so when will is in vecnas mind, he is using vecnas power, almost like he is controlling a part of vecnas mind, which could be used to beat him, but could also then be used for vecna to control will, get eyes on their plan and number 4 is like 1 except will only has powers when seeing through vecna, rather than always having it when something has happened sorry for long message just wanted to get the ideas off my head
