Also the lore for the Stephen King (also the guy who sells bill the bike in the movie) universe is actually very interesting especially when it comes to IT and The Shining🐢. Last 2 things are the actor who plays Eddie‘s wife in this movie was Eddie’s mother in the first one showing how he never really escaped his over protective mother. Also if I recall correctly the actors from the first movie fan picked the actors they would want to play their older self in an interview and the actors chosen actually accepted and are playing those respective roles in this movie.

IT feeds on people's fears and that makes them more powerful, so if you show no fear, to the point of ridiculing them, it serves as a counter. Basically, if fear makes you powerful, bravery takes that power away. Personally, I like that contrast, because Pennywise is super OP, so having such a massive weakness kinda makes it more balanced in the end, at least to me. Great video!

2025-11-10 16:56:10 +0000 UTCyh, chapter 1 was better, chapter 2 seemed for comedic and less horror and so on, but yh, everyone was quite disappointed with chapter 2, the only reason i ended up enjoying the final fight is because i saw the behind the scenes, for when penywise is the big spider the actors were chased around by a massive stick with a pennywise face stuck on it, i always see that now and its funny to me
