• Serena Skunk (Hyro OC) in an epilogue to her debut comic, where she now has to drive home from the grocery store while sitting on the big mess she made
• Téa Gardner (Yu Gi Oh) dumping a massive load into her shorts, splitting her diaper as her Life Points hit 0
• Dawn (Pokémon) in her Valentine's day outfit, squatting to put a tray of brownies in an oven as she hypermesses her diaper and says " I-I love making B-Brownies"
• Dexter's Mom (Dexter's Laboratory) washing dishes while messing her diaper so much it sags and shows her butt
