2024-12-10 05:17:15 +0000 UTCThere is a level of continuity in South Park even from the beginning, more later on, there are deaths that stuck, some things that stick for whole seasons until resolved. A lot of it comes into play in "200" and "201" and some of the later long format specials. Kenny "dies all the time" might indicate that Cartman is aware about Kenny's situation in the show. You get an answer to that by watching South Park's cinematic universe, starting with the standalone "The Coon." Then the trilogy, "Coon 2: Hindsight." "Mysterion Rises," and "Coon vs. Coon and Friends."
