A kind soul commented that if you update your payment method and resubscribe to your tier will help! I am doing my best to help the ones that were on capped tiers, level 5 is still open for now but it will be capped once everything is fixed. Thanks stxlladxnna for the tip! In the mean time, I will work on ch8 and merch preparations, please look forward to that!
Hey guys! Just wanted to let you know Patreon is having payment issues with all methods, I cannot fix this myself so it will take time for you to be able to see anything payment related solved. I just realized its not a one person problem.
I will wait until this is all fixed to open book 6 preorders, I don't want to cause an issue for cancelling people's orders when they have been patrons for 2+ months and it doesn't reflect that on their account.
Hopefully they fix it this week, please make sure you are on the correct tier!
Level 5 USA currently has open spots(I had to find some help for this, so if you're interested please try and check if you can get in, I'm hoping it all gets fixed this week, its super stressful lol) This is temporary so that people that had their payment decline can try again!
I am hoping this doesn't affect your payment information because new merch is coming soon, and I will be checking all account orders to qualify! Please be patient for a bit longer, I don't want anyone to miss out T-T

This whole thing has been a nightmare! I’ve made numerous complaints to Patreon at this point and I talked to the higher ups at my bank and they said they (and many other banks, not just them) have a specific block on all Patreon transactions due to excessive fraud complaints made against them. Like I had to find a new way to pay for Patreon because my bank refuses to allow any charges by them.
