1. if you want to incorporate the slug more, make it a character. give it a name & personality so you can talk to it or something. i named my blue fidget toy something cute too. 🩵🩵 2. hopefully you're putting your land savings in a high-interest account (like a TD or something) 3. i don't judge ppl on OF. i just don't have an account there because if the foreign embassies in my country find out, they might ban me from getting a travel visa. 4. as for the Shorts: bro.... you do realise that YouTube Shorts loop, right? so: (hypothetically) IF i had my own ASMR channel, if there were any particular triggers that were especially hardcore, i'd create a whole short just dedicated to that one type of tingle (or combined with equally hardcore triggers) for a 58-second video, so people could watch that on loop for instant gratification. also, if you use the “Most Replayed” function on a longer-form vidéo's progress bar, you can find the bits that people like to rewatch the most (likely the most tingly) & you could crop that into a Short. there's a video i really like by Lina Grace entitled “Hypnotic ASMR for Sleep (with Auditory ASMR triggers) INTERGALACTIC SPACE TRAVEL” & at the 9-minute mark there's an ULTRA-TINGLY part where she attaches electrodes. if Lina ever made that bit into a Short, i would watch that thing on loop for the rest of my life & she'd get 200k views from me alone lol. thanks for the video, bro 🫶🏼

I had actually been thinking about checking out the OF version but Patreon was actually more comfortable accessible. Ah and to answer your question why people would like your ASMR shorts, I certainly prefer the long form videos, but with the shorts you are often delivering a quick burst of tingles. It's perfect for say afternoon coffee break at work. However I might watch the video two or three times since 30 seconds is pretty short.
