Important: Your email address has to be manually approved before you can join the Android program. Please send a Patreon message with your email address if you cannot join the program.

You’ll need the Testflight app to join the testing program. Please download the Testflight app from the App Store first.

Telegram login no longer supported

The new BARQ! app only works if you have either an email address connected to your account or if you use “Sign in with Apple”. If you use Telegram to log in to BARQ!, please go to https://web.barq.app > login > tap avatar on the right top > “Link e-mail address”.

So, what are we testing now? 🤔

We want you to try out our new app experience and see if everything works as intended with all sorts of different devices.  If you come across a bug we would love a screenshot of it! You can email those to beta@barq.app so we can take a look and figure out what the problem could be.

What can you expect? 😊

Not every feature is in the new app yet. Please keep that in mind when testing. We are hard at work porting over every feature of the old app into the new app. We might even add a feature or 2!

The following has already been implemented: 

• Viewing profiles with the ability to filter
• Viewing you own and others’ profile. (LastFM and events are coming soon)
• Editing your profile
• Most of the settings
• Ability to customize the theme and font of the app
• You can switch and see AD Profiles

Good to know: You can run the new app alongside the old app, so you can still use communities, chats and events there in the meantime 😎
