Post promo pump
Added 2025-06-14 13:53:26 +0000 UTCI had to go into the school on my day off to film a promo so I squeezed in a workout while I was there. I'm still very new to doing pull ups again since dislocating my shoulder, lots of stop and starts with them over the last few months but these felt good 🙏
