Libby & Holly Ch3:p9-11 Roughs

Hello everyone, happy Friday!

I've been working on getting back into the swing of things with the comic, I left off in a really awkward place with a lot of unsolved decisions about story and execution so I've struggled a bit more than I expected, but I think I'm satisfied with these roughs enough to move forward.

Art/Process Talk:

Spending a little time away from this work and then coming back to it is pretty odd. I think that there may end up being a stylistic slip at this point that I'll have to smooth over in the future just because I haven't been able to work on this.

There's a challenge in these pages I'm excited about and it's trying to find the balance of lewdness, jokes and character moments. I don't want my comic to forget that it's porn for too long, so I'm trying to make sure that whenever I have to have characters talk, they're still expressing something sensual, but I find it frustratingly touchy.

It's at this point that I always have to remind myself that I can A: Fix it in post-- and B: Keep going and in time the answer will reveal itself. I have been trying to return to my schedule of working on the comic every day, even if it's only for 30 minutes, some kind of progress must happen every day. I think that's why these pages exist, even though they took a while.
