2025-09-15 03:12:58 +0000 UTCthe first verivery song i heard way back when omg.... you're correct in saying that tag x3 is the real start of their lore of and yes kangmin is the central figure (which is why he was alone walking backward into the darkness at the end)! tldr it's verivery vs vrvr (like their alter-egos/the darkest parts of them essentially) who they have to fight against, which is also shown with the mirrored part at the start of the choreo with kangmin reaching Through the mirror and both people in the mirror facing us at the end. this also becomes a lot clearer when you move into the face it era with the lay back mv!! some fun facts, the clapping part in this particular mv is inspired by the first conjuring movie which took me an incredibly long time to piece together lol and the "# better" part in the lyrics is also a fun play on words because their fandom name is verrer, which pronounced in korean is very similar to better! also yes yes yes you're entirely right about the game of tag vs tagging someone on the internet and the hand symbol is absolutely meant to be a hashtag!! and actually my personal interpretation of this song is that it's about stalking someone on social media and/or the relationship between fans and idols.... super excited to see your reaction to lay back, i have a feeling you'll like that choreo and their execution of it quite a bit. sorry for the little novel i just really like verivery ππ
